The Mid Ulster Community and Arts Trust (MUCAT) is a 'not for profit' organisation made up of local volunteers who manage the the Patrician Hall, a cultural, arts and entertainment venue in the village of Carrickmore, County Tyrone.

Renovated in 2005, the Patrician Hall hosts a wide variety of community services and events.

The Patrician Hall provides an accessible cross community-based hub for arts, cultural, recreational activities as well as theatre productions for the local community and surrounding rural area. The Patrician Hall was built in 1962 and has been an essential facility for this rural community for nearly 60 years. Based in the Termon Ward, an area ranked 280 out of 890 wards in the Multi Deprivation Index and 46th in access to services (bottom 5% of all wards in Northern Ireland). The Patrician is a vital resource to this community.
