BFI FAN Inclusive Cinema Website Launched
BFI FAN are pleased to announce that Inclusive Cinema is now live
Inclusive Cinema is a collection of resources to support cinema exhibitors in providing accessible screenings, from how-to guides around running relaxed screenings, to case studies on projects working with audiences of colour, LGBTQ+ audiences, and people on lower incomes, to data to make the case for funding and support to serve young audiences, up to audiences living with dementia.
The website collects existing guidance and best practice examples from across the sector and is beginning to fill the gaps with its own resources.
Led by Film Hub Wales, on behalf of the UK-wide Film Audience Network, this is the first fully-dedicated accessible cinema resource to be developed and is open to everyone.
