BFI’s Comedy Genius Season is Open
The BFI's blockbuster season for 2018 is the UK's greatest ever celebration of film and TV comedy – bringing the gift of laughter just when we need it most! From October to December the comedy geniuses of the big and small screen will be making us laugh at BFI Southbank and cinemas across the UK, online on BFI Player and with a wide range of UK partners.
The Comedy Genius season runs from October to December 2018.
Major Programmes support is open to all FAN members who want to take part in the season, via two funding programmes.
EOI applications (between £1,000 - £30,000) are open 25 June - 24 August 2018
Screening Support (up to £1,500) is open for applications between 16 August - 3 December 2018. We reserve the right to close this fund earlier, if fully committed.
Touring package (available from ICO). The season is also supported by The Independent Cinema Office(ICO) who will be offering a booking menu of related titles at negotiated rates from mid-August 2018.
