We're delighted to announce that after a 10-year hiatus, the ¡Viva! Tour of UK cinemas is back, with the support of the BFI, awarding funds from The National Lottery.
¡Viva! Spanish & Latin American Film Festival brings the best new cinema from Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America to Manchester every year; in 2019 a curated selection of 7 films from the main festival will screen at venues across the UK in a financially subsidised touring programme. Reflecting HOME’s 2019 theme Celebrating Women in Global Cinema, the touring films all foreground female creative talent in the roles of director, writer, producer or star.
