Bring it On — Screen/Print

6:20 PM 29th October 2019 Queen's Film Theatre

Coinciding with the Naughton Gallery’s third annual sports exhibition, As Many Reps As Possible, join the Naughton Gallery and UsFolk illustration agency for a special SCREEN/PRINT screening of cheerleading classic Bring It On, with free limited edition posters for all attendees by Belfast-based illustrator Fiona McDonnell.

Teen heartthrobs Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union go head to head in this politically-charged, racially-explosive, queer-positive, teen-angst, cheerleading-competition film! Who would have guessed that the debut feature by Peyton Reed (Ant-Man) would not only become a celebrated Broadway musical but has now earned the right to be ranked alongside Clueless and Mean Girls as one of the era’s defining coming-of-age films? Bust out your toothbrushes, pom poms and spirit fingers for this SCREEN/PRINT screening of a genuinely brilliant teen classic.

Part of Belfast International Arts Festival 2019.
