Cinemagic 2023: Maika: The Girl From Another Galaxy + The Pirate
Cinemagic Film Festival presents Vietnamese fantasy Maika: The Girl From Another Galaxy (2023), preceded by short The Pirate (2023).
MAIKA: THE GIRL FROM ANOTHER GALAXY - After a meteor falls to earth, 8-year-old Hung meets an alien girl from the planet Maika, searching for her lost companion. The alien helps Hung make new friends and heal a broken heart. But danger lurks everywhere! (In Vietnamese with English Subtitles).
THE PIRATE - A young girl, stuck in the city, dreams of running away to the sea. With the help of her grandfather, she finds a rather unusual way to break free.
